Wendy Mendenhall is a senior American business executive who served as Global Executive and Managing Director for British American Business (BAB), a multimillion-dollar organization that assists over 500  companies a year looking to conduct transatlantic business between the US and UK. She was part of the executive management team who founded BAB in 2000 after a merger of two organizations. During her tenure of 18 years, she held various leadership roles at BAB, managing all aspects of operations, business development, strategic partnerships, membership, marketing and communications and fundraising in addition to advising B2B  and B2C Fortune-500 corporations and start-ups on strategic marketing, business intelligence, and  regulatory advisory services. Notably, Ms. Mendenhall created strategies and transformed operations  that led to the growth of BAB. She ensured leadership succession for the BAB Executive Committee,  Board of Directors and for the International Advisory Board. She served alongside 10 different  Chairman of BAB. Ms. Mendenhall served on BAB’s Executive Committee as well as the Executive Committee of  British American Business Council (22 chapters throughout US/UK). She also served on the Executive Committee of the European American Chamber of Commerce (EACC). She has worked with some of most respected CEOs, leaders of Parliament and Congress, as well as diplomats on both sides of the Atlantic.  

Ms. Mendenhall currently serves on the Board of Directors with the Women’s Forum of New York, an  invite-only professional organization of women executives. She is actively engaged as an Advisory Board  member with United World Schools, USA a non-profit building schools in remote parts of the world. 

Prior to joining BAB, Ms. Mendenhall was a senior executive in the successful US launch of Richmond  Events, a leading UK-based producer of executive-level business conferences. She was a marketing and  communications specialist for NatWest Markets Investment Bank, N.A. She began her career as a  lobbyist on health care issues in Pennsylvania, drafted legislation, organized grassroots campaigns and  presented testimony before the state legislature.  

Ms. Mendenhall was awarded with the one of prestigious Queen of England’s honors of the Most  Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) for her dedication to the promotion of business between the  UK and USA.  

Ms. Mendenhall holds a B.S. in Business and Organizational Communications from Emerson College in  Boston, Massachusetts.
