They will challenge assumptions and decision-making as appropriate, while providing first-class financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers. The successful candidate will be someone who can take a great finance function and use it to drive strategic delivery. They will help develop, operationalise and report against organisational strategy, including taking ownership of global risk management. In short, they will be a trusted strategic partner to the CEO, the UK and US Boards, and the whole Executive Team. How might you be described?
