Role Summary   

Reporting to the US Executive Director, you will support day-to-day fundraising operations and all US-based fundraising events for the NGO. Specifically, under the supervision of the US Executive Director and UK-based global fundraising team, you will focus on supporting the US donor portfolio, including researching prospective donors; cultivating new donors; stewarding existing donors; and reporting on past donations. You will also support the organization and management of US-based donor events (online and in-person) and donor trips to in-country sites.

You will be a strong fundraising professional with 2+ years of experience in a fundraising office who understands how to engage a diverse portfolio of private-sector donors, with direct experience using events and convening to mobilize and inspire stakeholder buy-in. You are comfortable performing complex and high-level fundraising tasks, while performing administrative tasks when needed within the culture of a flat, start-up-minded NGO.
