UWS Ballram School, Myanmar is taking shape, and is one of the first five schools being developed by the UWS Burma Team and the villages we support.
Mae Yay Village, Myanmar will be the fourth UWS school in Myanmar. The village comprises of 36 households with a population of 166.
UWS Jong maintains a strong school partnership with the Red Maids’ School, Bristol, where staff and pupils raise funds and awareness of the UWS cause.
Thanks to the support of staff and pupils at RGS, UWS Tiem Kram School has been able to grow. With kind support from another donor, every pupil now has a school uniform, which the children wear proudly.
UWS Takok Charai School opened in the Oyadao region, Cambodia in 2010, supported by Evan Quiros and now supported by Grey College, University of Durham.
UWS Rock School opened in 2010 with the support of Richard Koch. Located in the Vernsai region of Ratanakiri, this school was the first built in the new UWS design.
UWS Chai Thom School opened in 2010 in Ratanakiri, Cambodia. The school is partnered with Portsmouth Grammar School.
